Rep. Nicole Malliotakis demands end to inhumane NIH animal experimentation

Representative Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) details the significant steps the Trump administration has taken to end the National Institute of Health’s (NIH) cruel and costly experiments on animals. Rep. Malliotakis says some of the NIH’s inhumane experiments included hormonal therapy on monkeys and drilling holes into cat’s skulls.
