Illinois State Lawmakers Welcome Homeschoolers

Homeschool families from across the state converged on the Illinois Capitol on Thursday, March 6th for "Cherry Pie Day." This annual event is hosted by our friends at the Illinois Christian Home Educators (ICHE). Their goal is to bless our elected officials and to thank them for education freedom.

This year there is much concern about HB 2827, a bill that would usurp parental rights and diminish educational choice in Illinois. So gratitude was accompanied with a plea: please do NOT support HB 2827.
