13 Dead End Drive was created by Dr. David Wyman, who was inspired by an experience growing up where his sister labeled things in their house that she wanted to eventually inherit. The game was originally published by Milton Bradley in 1993 and has since become a beloved classic. In 2002 Parker Brothers released 1313 Dead End Drive, a sort of successor to the original game that featured a new set of rules that provided a faster paced and more action packed gaming experience.

Today we’re going to take a look at the 30th anniversary edition of 13 Dead End Drive from Winning Moves Games, which retains the original art and rule set from the 1993 Milton Bradley release, and compare it to the 2002 Parker Brothers game 1313 Dead End Drive. Let’s see what makes these games unique and worth playing!
