1kg potatoes
1 tbsp + 2 pinches of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika powder (optional)

➤ Tips
After preheating, bake in the oven at 200°C ( 392°F ) for 60 minute
(After 30 minute, turn over and bake for 30 minute)
