ASSASSIN’S CREED SHADOWS Director Only Listen to Criticism UBISOFT Approves

The director of Assassin’s Creed Shadows has said recently they are willing to listen to fan criticism so long as it’s coming from Japanese gamers and is what Ubisoft considers “warranted.”

Much of the conversation surrounding Assassin’s Creed Shadows has been negative with many pointing to the historical inaccuracies and the way Ubisoft seems to be scavenging Japanese culture. Ubisoft has previously defended their decisions by saying they hired historical consultants, and also Assassin’s Creed games aren’t supposed to be historically accurate. Right now it’s probably too late to really fix anything, but when the game is launched it might serve as an example to other game developers on what not to do.
