No matter how often I've been doing abs this one always hurts the most. This drop set is killer and I would challenge you to do it and work your way up to doing more. As always, increase reps then weight as you can do more reps. Take the v up and crunches to failure (where you can do anymore). As long as you're only doing a few sets or so, you won't over do it on abs. Also if you want help revealing those abs with the right nutrition, I'm here for you. Message me in instagram!
