Awesome updating and a brand new permitted full bathroom. This adds to the Value of this home and creates a more desirable place to live.

We add value to all our real estate without out all the cost! I see bids as high as $50,000+ for rehab. You have 2-3 people running the project that needs to be paid. I noticed they thought the price was $50,000 but it could be higher! YIKES

None of these so called experts ever share the numbers with you because they are not GOOD.

If you're looking at multiplexes or Apartments it will take a long time to see returns with partners. You also have to look at all the pockets that need filled before you purchase the property.

Wholesale deals the wholesaler and the representative are all getting money on the deal. Then they beat the construction down on price and you end up with a huge mess that costs you even more money and Time! Unfininhed or cheaply done rehab.

That does not happen with us. 99% of our homes are done on budget and there is no middleman. I get a commission from the seller, usually 2.5% not much. I charge you for 1st month's rent and that is it! Affordable and makes my clients MORE Money.
