Sasha Latypova was the one who informed RFK Jr in 2023 about the Dept of Defense issuing the "CONTRACTS" between them DoD & the COVID VACCINE MANUFACTURERS. Sasha said in these DoD CONTRACTS, that the COVID VACCINE MANUFACTURERS were NOT allowed to talk to ANYONE about the VACCINES without a DoD OFFICIAL as part of that conversation.

In the COVID-jab contract between DOD & Pfizer, the former paid the latter $1.95 billion for a "large scale vaccine manufacturing demonstration" of a "prototype." (1)
