Life lesson

A man visiting an elephant camp noticed that the massive elephants were held by small ropes tied to one leg. Curious, he asked a trainer why they didn’t break free. The trainer explained that when the elephants were babies, the ropes were strong enough to hold them. Over time, they grew up believing the rope was unbreakable, so they never even tried to escape.
This story illustrates learned helplessness—the belief that you can’t overcome obstacles simply because of past failures. Like the elephants, many of us let limiting beliefs hold us back. To succeed, we must challenge those assumptions, embrace growth, and believe in our potential to break free.
