Trump again vows to 'reclaim' Panama, invites Greenland to join U.S.

U.S. President Donald Trump told the Congress on Tuesday (March 4) that his administration will create a new office of shipbuilding and again vowed to 'reclaim' Panama. Trump also said he would welcome the people of Greenland "into the United States of America" during his speech to a joint session of Congress.
