"The media began to harass me. Since I didn’t think I had done anything wrong, I simply went online and messaged everyone saying, “Look, here I am at the Capitol.”

I bragged about it. Then, the group called Sedition Hunters found it and turned it over to the FBI.

The media exposed my identity and started harassing my family—my mom and me. They were banging on our doors, bothering our neighbors.

I couldn’t take it anymore, so I left for a while. I was gone for four days, and eventually, my fiancé called me.

He said, “Hey, the FBI just raided the house. They used the Joint Terrorism Task Force. They threw flashbang grenades all over the house.

They threw a flashbang at our dog. They shot out the windows.

They had a drone flying around.”

So I thought, “Well, all right.”

At the time, I was in Virginia. I drove back to Ohio and turned myself in.

And they locked me up.

I served four years and three days after that."
