Who Are the Anglo-Africans?

So, who exactly are the Anglo-Africans? While one could define them strictly as the biological descendants of the British who migrated to Africa between the 18th and 20th centuries. I am convinced that the identity of Anglo Africans is found in the Magna Carta (1215) and Christianity finding a unique expression on the African continent. In other words, there are certain values that unite and identify an Anglo African.
