This court document is a part of a lawsuit from 1994 that states an associate of Jeffrey Epstein recruited Katie Johnson, a 13-year-old girl, to become his sex slave. Johnson said Epstein raped her and forced her to have sex with Trump on multiple occasions in both New York and Florida. The filings also include testimony from an anonymous witness corroborating the allegations. Johnson was scheduled to appear at a press conference on November 2, 2016. Los Angeles attorney Lisa Bloom said that Johnson was set to speak, but backed out at the last minute because of threats to her safety:

"I apologize. She has been here all day, ready to do it, but unfortunately she is in terrible fear. She was prepared to go forward. She received terrible threats, as have all the Trump accusers I have been representing for several months. She is in great fear and she was unable to do this." The complaint was withdrawn 2 days later.
