Logan Luft was only 15 when he lost his life in an ATV accident in 2017. Logan was an organ donor and through his gift, 5 other families were impacted. Logan's family had met all but one of the recipients of the organ donation until just recently when they met a girl named Sweetheart that was the recipient of Logan's heart.
