Are Christians Required To Fast?|✝

It's that time of year again! Lent! It's a Christian tradition to perform some kind of fasting, normally by giving up something you enjoy. If you're Catholic you're actually required to give something up and fast or abstain from meat. We'll, where did the Church come up with that requirement? Is it Biblical? Let me explain!
