9.3 oz Pork tenderloin-8 slices 1/4-1/2" thick
.4oz fresh ginger
4-5 garlic cloves
1.5 oz shallots
1.3 oz yellow pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4-1/3 c scallions
1/3 c rough cut cilantro
1/3 c sauvignon blanc
1/4 c 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 tsp ground thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
3/4-1tsp pink salt
1/3 c extra light olive oil with 1 T butter
