Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
• 500 ml milk
• 90 g dark chocolate (68%)
• 25 g icing sugar
• 10 g cornstarch
• 25 g cocoa powder

Whipped Cream Topping:
• 250 g cold fresh cream
• 15 g icing sugar

Preparation:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches 85°C.
2. Separately, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Slowly add the hot milk to the dry mixture while stirring continuously.
3. Add the finely chopped dark chocolate and return to the heat. Stir until smooth.
4. Whip the cream with icing sugar and serve the hot chocolate topped with whipped cream.
