Mince Pies Recipe
Ingredients (for 20 pies):

Brisè Pastry:
• 225 g butter
• 450 g flour
• 1 g salt
• 100 ml water

Filling:
• 150 g apples
• 50 g sugar
• 80 g almonds
• 50 g candied orange
• 100 g raisins
• 100 g dried red fruits
• 100 g dried apricots
• 1 g cinnamon powder
• 10 g ginger
• 100 ml brandy
• 60 g melted butter
• 2 g lemon peel

Preparation:
1. Prepare the dough by mixing cold butter with flour and salt. Add water slowly until the dough forms. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
2. For the filling, peel and dice apples. Mix with all the other ingredients and leave to macerate in the fridge overnight.
3. Line small molds with the brisè pastry, fill with the prepared mixture, and decorate with pastry stars.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
