Molto Mario Lost Episode: ‘Dairy Is My Life’ – Mario Batali Italian Cooking Show (2000s)

This is a 2000s episode of Molto Mario saved from the abyss. I cannot date it any better than the 2000s as the VHS tape was all over the place on recording dates. This is the later Molto format where he cooks with 3 "celebrity" guests. Or just regular guests. I guess these people got tickets to the show? Not sure where they came from. There is no "Live" title card on screen, but this was the format they used for live segments as well.

-Cappelletti in Brodo: Handmade cappelletti pasta filled with a rich cheese mixture, served in a traditional brodo (broth).
-Roasted Beets & Asparagus with Parmigiano-Reggiano: A simple but flavorful dish highlighting the depth of roasted vegetables and aged cheese.
-Zuppa Inglese: A classic Italian layered dessert featuring custard, sponge cake, and a hint of liqueur, showcasing dairy in its sweetest form.

This is the first episode of Molto Mario March, 2025. There are more Molto Mario episodes dropping all throughout March. Enjoy!
