I light the candles when I feel lonely
They keep me company whispering secrets
In gravity embrace by my favorite chair
And a safe blanket is the moonless sky

Jealous stars peeking in through my window
While the incense smoke’s sneaking in the room
I’m having chitchat with my serious thoughts
And a cozy cop of tea completes me

What could I crave from behind that door?
Walking long faces wrapped in gray coats?
An endless street, leading to another nowhere…
A world so big yet so simple and hollow

Cars hovering from somewhere to somewhere
Stuck in the same rute of long, long nothings
Naked, torn trees haunting lifeless minds
Existing everywhere just because they have the time

I stay here always, in fact I’ve never left
A thousand years or maybe even more
I’ll sip my tea with positive lips, and
a warm soul, the sun will never caress my face

What could I crave from behind that door?
