Suno - No More School (Thanks, Power Rangers!)

This is another one of my early anti-school songs on Suno. It was inspired (in part) by the Honest Trailer for Power Rangers (2017) in which the narrator asks the cheering crowds of Angel Grove near the end "Why are you cheering? Your town is in ruins!" and in part by one of Mad Magazine's satires on the original Power Rangers show which showed the Power Rangers in their giant robot beckoning the giant monster of the week over to their high school and then slamming it into the building to smash it into rubble so that their school ends up being closed that year for reconstruction. As with many other early works of mine, the AI repeated a verse for no good reason, but it doesn't detract from this song as much as it might, considering that it's evidently narrated by an elementary school student (and you know how little kids sometimes like to repeat themselves when telling a story).

Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Woke up this morning;
Sun was shining bright.
No more books, no homework;
Power Rangers' fight.

[Verse 2]
Battle in the city;
Monster roared, and fell.
That's when our school crumbled;
Let's ring freedom's bell!

[Chorus]
No more school! Hooray!
Power Rangers saved our day!
No more classes! We can play!
Let’s run around! Hip, hip, hooray!

[Verse 3 (Repeats 2)]
Battle in the city;
Monster roared, and fell.
That's when our school crumbled;
Let's ring freedom's bell!

[Chorus]
No more school! Hooray!
Power Rangers saved our day!
No more classes! We can play!
Let’s run around! Hip, hip, hooray!

[Verse 4]
Saw them in the distance:
Zords with colors bright.
Green monster a-stomping;
What an awesome sight!

[Bridge]
Power Rangers fighting
To save our town from doom;
All their punches flying
Cleared out every room.

[Chorus]
No more school! Hooray!
Power Rangers saved our day!
No more classes! We can play!
Let’s run around! Hip, hip, hooray!
