Note/Update/Diary: Yeah, I 'feel' a little better today...

Yeah, my Umbilical & Stomach Hernia is still there, it will probally never go away...

As I wrote in Part 1 (all links below) my body was detoxing, the 'flu' , snotty nose, coughing, slight fever, etc, still is, but almost over...

Im 99,99% sure that this also had some big effect to on my old Umbilical & Stomach Hernia..

Plus some shit poison food I had eating to I believe..

Always remember people, the body is one big machine where everything is 'connected' and 'work' together...

And it takes time to heal yourself...

So always listen to what your body tell you... And ask: WHY and WHAT can I do to heal my self...

If I can avoid it, I will never go to a doctor or the hospital...

Research this, more people get sick and die when they go to their doctor or hospital, this is fully documented..

I have gone back to my old 'rutines' and have added some more, for example I now added to put som castor oil on my Umbilical & Stomach 3-4 times a day...

And I wear a belly belts all day long, but not when Im sleeping...

I had 4 old belly belts, 3 of them was to big/long, so I had to sew them in on my sewing machine, so they fit me today...

I been researching the internet where to buy one more belly belt, more soft and made by cotten... Still do...

Not Fucking easy to find... and Fucking expensive...

I just found a shop in the city where Im gonna go in a few days.. to test it out...

I dont buy this online, I wanna try it and feel it with my hands, before I buy anther one...

I also added some more Exercise Routines... And I listen to what my body tells me about that...

Pretty good so far :)

Also always remembner people, all peoples bodies (and minds) are diffrent...

So all have to find their own 'rutines' and 'way' on how to heal their own body (and mind) organic naturally with NO BIG PHARMAS Poison 'medicine'...

I had an inguinal hernia for years I started sleeping with my legs elevated and then it went away and never came back and it's been at least 9 years now

This is an excellent video, I did very similar exercises when I had one in 2013 and they helped a lot. Remember the concept is to strengthen the pelvic floor and the core in general; while also relieving pressure on the injury.
Most importantly do not let the FEAR of the diagnosis control your life. Be patient, diligent, and work with your body to heal yourself!

This is the current routine that I'm doing to attempt to treat my inguinal hernia without surgery.

I have been researching and putting together exercises that feel good for me, but of course, everybody has a different condition and will have to find what works for them.

I am not a medical professional nor is this medical advice.

That being said, I hope that I can be successful in treating my hernia and I hope that my journey can serve as a guide for others.
