The recipe
Chicken soup
The stock part
Whole chicken 1
Celery sticks / ribs 2
White onion 1
garlic a few cloves
Carrots 2
Leeks 1
Hard herbs - rosemary, thyme, bay leaves
Black pepper corns 1 tsp
Finishing vegetables
Carrots 2
Celery sticks / ribs 2
leeks 1
Onion 1
Broccoli 1 head
Sliced mushrooms 2 cups
Parsley 2 tbsp
