We talk about her judge John Bates. Bates was a law clerk for Judge Roszel Cathcart Thomsen of the US DC for District of Maryland, and his service as an Assistant US Attorney for the District of Columbia. We also discuss his detal as Deputy Independent counsel for the White Water investigation.

John was also a deputy independent counsel for Kenneth Starr and the Independent Counsel's office during the investigation into Bill Clinton.

Feb 11, 2025 Master Bates ordered US Health agencies to restore websites that they took offline in response to an executive order by President Trump telling them to scrub websites of gender ideology.

On Aug 3, 2018, Master Bates ruled that the Trump administration did not justify its decision to eliminate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program DACA and ordered DACA to be reinstated.
