Nightfall (1956)

Directed by Jacques Tourneur, based on the novel by David Goodis. The film follows Jim Vanning (Aldo Ray), a man wrongly accused of robbery and murder, who is relentlessly pursued by both the police and two ruthless criminals. As he flees through snowy Wyoming and the dark streets of Los Angeles, Vanning must prove his innocence while staying one step ahead of his deadly pursuers.
