I want to get stronger in pistol squats. To achieve this, I use difficult exercises. One of them is the transition from kneeling to a squat.
It requires flexibility, strength, and balance. It strengthens the quadriceps, feet, and core. Improves control in the bottom position. Develops stability.
The harder the movement, the better the progress. I add new elements to my training. I develop my legs from all angles. Every day, I become stronger.
