CLASS #492: The Founders’ Arguments For And Against The Federal Judiciary

15

I started The Road To Concord blog page for the same reason I started this show: to teach the founding principles and ideals of individual rights and liberty, and to examine how our Founders sought to preserve them. Given the mess the lower courts are making of things recently, I think it is high time I return to this mission. So, in today's show, I will be discussing a little of what has been happening with the courts and then laying out where I intend to take the show going forward. Everyone is welcomed, but regular class members should try to catch this one, please.
