This Is Why You Should Avoid Drugs—A Must-Watch

On March 13, 2023 at 6:54pm, officers were dispatched to the area of N. Maryland Ave and E. Kenwood Blvd regarding a male subject who was rolling on the ground. The officer who first arrived at the area saw the subject drop his pants and jump up and down, with his genitals visible as he was not wearing underwear.

The subject was extremely jittery, was constantly itching himself, and had dilated pupils. He eventually admitted to consuming “Ice” (slang term for Crystal Methamphetamine) earlier in the day.
