Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival Event - Genshin Impact - Version 5.4

The "Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival" is the flagship event in Genshin Impact Version 5.4, taking place in Inazuma. It kicked off on February 14, 2025, and runs until March 3, 2025, giving players a chance to dive into a vibrant festival filled with dream-themed minigames, familiar characters, and some nice rewards.
To join in, you’ll need to be at least Adventure Rank 30 and have completed the Archon Quest "Ritou Escape Plan" from Chapter II: Act I. For the full experience, it’s recommended to finish certain story quests—like Raiden Shogun’s "Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II," Yumemizuki Mizuki’s "Tapirus Somniator Chapter: Act I," Sangonomiya Kokomi’s "Dracaena Somnolenta Chapter: Act I," and Yoimiya’s "Carassius Auratus Chapter: Act II"—plus Sayu’s Hangout Event and the "Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual" world quest. But if you just meet the minimum, you can still jump in.
The event revolves around the Mikawa Flower Festival, hosted by the Yae Publishing House, blending human and youkai creativity. You’ll play as the festival’s ambassador, testing out three main minigames that unlock over time: "Akitsu Harpastum: Dreams Doubled" (a block-breaking challenge with moving obstacles), "A Little Fox’s Daydream" (guiding a fox through dreamscapes to collect Fried Tofu and reach a ramen stall), and "Bunshin Phantasm" (a puzzle game with a doppelganger mechanic to solve domain stages). Each offers its own flavor of fun and a chance to interact with Inazuma favorites like Raiden Shogun, Yae Miko, Yoimiya, and the new 5-star Anemo character, Yumemizuki Mizuki.
The big draw is the rewards. By earning Festival Stamps through these minigames, you can snag a free 4-star polearm, Tamayuratei no Ohanashi, along with its refinement material, Smoldering Phosphorescent Flame. You only need 3 stamps to grab the weapon right from Day 1, so it’s pretty accessible. On top of that, there’s Primogems, a Crown of Insight, Mora, and other goodies up for grabs.
The event’s story unfolds across multiple acts, starting with "As Though Caught in a Dream," where you follow Yae Miko’s invitation to Tenshukaku and get roped into festival prep with characters like Ayato, Ayaka, and Kujou Sara. Later acts bring more interactions—like meeting Ei at the main stage or chatting with Kirara and Chiori after the finale—adding some nice character moments to the mix.
Since it’s February 26, 2025, today, you’ve still got about a week left to enjoy it before it wraps up on March 3. It’s a solid chance to revisit Inazuma, score some free loot, and mess around with puzzles and youkai antics. Anything specific you’re curious about with this event?
