Man’s Strange Actions Raise Suspicions During Arrest

On October 22, 2023, officers were dispatched to 310 Frosty Way, Eustis in reference to a suspicious person. A black male wearing a hoodie, black pants and a dark backpack was walking through back yards. A complainant expressed that the subject attempted to hand her a cell phone, and noted that upon not accepting the phone, the subject exhibited a strange behavior and subsequently ran off.
