So again, what all must do is to listen to what their body tells them, and then try some ting else if it is not good in any way....

I have all my life trained all kind of sports and Im still training my own way...

I have taken thousands of sit-ups, and found out many years ago that it was not good for the stomach abdominal muscle building...

What you need are side movements training, such as with a hula hoop ring or a long broom handle.

Swimming is also very good :)

So all people must find their own way to heal themself...

Not easy, and it is all in the mind :)
