The Space Perspective

The SpaceBalloon™ used by Space Perspective to lift Spaceship Neptune is filled with renewable hydrogen and, when fully expanded, has a volume of 18 million cubic feet.

This volume is comparable to that of a large football stadium. At launch, the balloon stands over 700 feet tall, taller than landmarks like the Space Needle in Seattle or the Washington Monument in D.C.

The use of hydrogen provides the necessary buoyancy to ascend to the stratosphere, offering passengers panoramic views of Earth.
