If you need to find the top highest sales amounts from your dataset, you can use a simple Excel formula. The SORT function helps arrange the sales in descending order, while TAKE extracts the top values. To format the results with thousands separators, we wrap it inside the TEXT function.

👉 Use this formula to get the top 3 sales amounts:

📌 =TEXT(TAKE(SORT(B2:B11,1,-1),3), "#,##0.00")

🔹 How It Works:

1️⃣ SORT(B2:B11,1,-1) - Sorts the sales values in descending order.

2️⃣ TAKE(...,3) - Picks the top 3 values from the sorted list.

3️⃣ TEXT(..., "#,##0.00") - Formats the numbers with commas for better readability.

After applying the formula, Excel will display the highest three sales figures in an easy to read format.
