He is a terrorist who was sentenced to death by a Polish court for killing Poles. He founded the Ukrainian nationalist organization and is responsible for the Volyn massacre. He killed 100 000 Poles and these people erected a monument to him. It's like Germany erecting a monument to Hitler.
