- 2 large tortillas or flatbreads
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ketchup or hot sauce (optional)
- ½ cup lettuce (shredded)
- ½ cup cucumber and tomatoes (sliced)
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

### **Instructions:**
#### *Step 1: Cook the Chicken*
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
4. Add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, paprika, and cumin powder. Mix well.
5. Squeeze lemon juice and cook for another **2 minutes**. Set aside.
#### *Step 2: Assemble the Wrap*
1. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for **30 seconds** on each side.
