Real Estate Subjugation Plot?

On the 24th of January a real estate agent came very late at night and delivered this flyer. I found it strange because generally a real estate agent wouldn't run away from someone nor deliver a flyer so late in the evening. When she heard me exit the house to inquire, she hid from me. However, when she knew I was watching her hiding at a neighbor's house, she emerged like everything was normal. Notice the psychological operations at play as how I describe the scheme to incentivize my ego over humanity. On the surface it's nothing, but on a deeper level it is more. Let me be clear, I do appreciate nice deeds. However, not plots to subjugate my future nor the future of humanity for material wealth as an exchange.
