Dave the Diver ep 3 Cooksta Upgrades, Leviathan Squid

This time we take a few more dives and get a few upgrades. We are introduced to the ecowatchers and the first villain. A squid with an eye the size of a bathysphere. I upgrade our Cooksta prematurely, not realizing it increases operating costs and customer count faster than I am ready to accommodate. I should have spent more time hiring staff. Not a huge deal, but this will slow progress for a while. We recover.
