21 USDS Employees Resign In Response To DOGE Takeover

In this video, I review the resignation letter that the 21 US Digital Service (USDS) employees submitted in response to the DOGE takeover. They cited that DOGE was being reckless, breaking critical systems, and mishandling sensitive information. One employee stated that the behavior of DOGE personnel would cause "decades of immeasurable harm done to millions of people at home and abroad." My question is, if these employees were aware of such serious problems with the new administration, why wouldn't they stay and fight? Perhaps document the mishandling of information or breaking of critical systems and report it to the higher ups or the American people? Quitting seems like a pretty weak stance and in no way does it solve the problem. These people jumped ship right when the department needed them most. I'd love to hear more of their side of the story, but they were pretty vague in their letter and didn't provide much in terms of actual evidence of misconduct. Perhaps more evidence is forthcoming, but I genuinely hope that things are being handled appropriately and in the best interest of the American people.
