And employees are duplicating work. IF we have 7-8 people that are doing the same job, why couldn’t we cut and become more efficient. The Biden administration went into hyper no-one-has-to-do-anything mode. There are some employees out there that are doing their job but overall the majority are others there not doing a job. And we don’t know how many employees have been added without the physical bodies in the job.
