Military preparing for migrant caravan in San Ysidro

Camp Pendleton Marines and troops deployed to the border are helping U.S. Customs to secure the border ahead of a migrant caravan's potential arrival. Border Patrol has said that anyone who arrives after turning down Mexico's offer to stay will be denied.
