First All Natural Show- 5% Bodyfat Without Supplements or Cardio

Here's my shredding experience for my first ever bodybuilding show. I chose not to do cardio (well I did do about 12 sprints total in a 2 month period which was an accumulated 8 minutes) as an experiment to see how much I could cut without it. Also, I haven't taken a supplement in years... or eaten vegetables in that long either but that's because I'm animal based now and get my nutrition from vegetables after they've been processed by the animal and stored in its muscle, fat, and organs. I only cut for 2 months and it wasn't a very drastic cut. The whole time I was eating over my calculated basal metabolism. I did the calculations based in 192lbs and being 10% bodyfat which gave me 3,600 cals for maintenance. I was losing significant weight at 4,300 cals per day. The way I'm eating, I believe, allowed me to cut while being above basal metabolism. Before when I was eating differently (mixed diet), I was eating 3,400 a day and was a little higher bodyfat. When I changed to low-carb meat based, I was able to eat 5,200 for 3 years without going above about 10% bodyfat. If you want to know more, message me on Instagram (mindmuscle specialist).
