Was It DEI That Crashed That Delta Flight In Toronto? Oh, It's Much Worse

Posted • February 25, 2025: So we have a massive update on that Delta flight that skidded along the runway in flames before flipping over upside down and coming to a dramatic halt upside down in Toronto. Miraculously, all 76 passengers and four crew members survived the crash but there were a lot of questions around the incident since it was captured on video and while sure, it was a snowy day and the airport was covered in powder, it was a strange crash nonetheless. The first thought of many, including myself was, is this the result of Delta's touted DEI practices? You guys remember that ridiculous Delta video so proudly showing a bunch of young women and people of color. Well, the first thought of many focused in on DEI and asked if the pilot was perhaps someone not qualified to flying that plane. It looks like there was a reason Delta refused at first to release the pilot's details.

The answer is much worse than we expected. Not only does this seem like DEI, it seems like DEI with just more than a touch of mental retardation. Reports suggest that 26-year-old Kendal Michelle Swanson was the pilot of the Delta/Endeavor plane that crashed upside-down. Oh look, there she is...isn't she just as cute as can be? Just look at that face, who wouldn't put the lives of 70 people in the hands of a face like that. Now listen to this. This is scary: Swanson, who was recently certified as an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) on January 9, 2025, had a relatively brief career in aviation. Rumors circulate that, just a year ago, she was an instructor pilot for small propeller aircraft and had only recently been licensed to co-pilot a small jet before the crash. The (FAA) Airmen Certificate database confirms her ATP certification but notes that Swanson does not meet the required aeronautical experience to serve as pilot-in-command. WHAT!!

If she was just one month ago given a license to fly as a CO PILOT, then why is she piloting a commercial passenger plane and landing on a snow covered runway, challenging weather conditions, including gusting crosswinds and blowing snow? According to Delta CEO Ed Bastian, the pilots of the flight were experienced and familiar with winter conditions. NO THEY WERE NOT! IF you just received a license to fly small jets then there is no way you are experienced enough to fly a commercial jet carrying 80 people onto a snowy and stormy runway. The CEO went on to say However, the plane’s failure to execute the standard "flare" maneuver during its descent has raised questions among experts about potential issues in the pilot’s actions. UM, LIKE DUH.

The crash, which occurred on Monday, resulted in 21 passengers sustaining injuries, with one remaining hospitalized. Thankfully, all of the injured are expected to survive. The aircraft was removed from the runway on Wednesday, and Delta has offered $30,000 goodwill payments to all passengers, though these payments do not affect their legal rights. Oh trust me, there will be massive lawsuits as there should be. Delta should be sued into oblivion so they scrap all DEI practices along with any other airlines stupid enough to still have them. You know, DEI is just fine if you run a printing company and put a non-binary, 2 spirited dwarf gimp as manager and your business goes down the drain. You destroyed your own business and that's on you. But these practices of putting unqualified people in positions that can kill people just so you can feel warm and tingly inside at the next progressive cocktail party you attend is criminal. No more DEI in the military, police departments, firefighters, airlines, etc. Enough of this goofy BS.
