Action Radio, 2/25/25, 9th Circuit Screws Up Constitution Again.

Look folks, it's really simple. The 14th Amendment prohibits "birthright citizenship." There is no such thing. It's a myth. And no amount of lies, illegal court opinions or decisions, stays, injunctions, lawsuits, or judicial actions will change that.

Senator Jacob Howard who helped write the 14th Amendment said in 1866, Of course foreigners and aliens are not subject to US jurisdiction, because they are subject to their own nation's jurisdiction. Is there anyone other than Democrats and the courts who do not understand this?
