'Subject to the Jurisdiction Thereof': Birthright Citizenship and the Fourteenth Amendment

The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government will hold a hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET.
