NEXT LEVEL WHITE RUSSIAN
The recipe for this cocktail is sure to spark some heated debates. Yes, I know the classic White Russian is made with vodka, not whiskey.

That said, I personally only use vodka to sterilize my jars and bottles. This keeps my oleo saccharum and syrups fresh for longer.

To those who feel personally offended by the use of whiskey, I kindly ask for your understanding. My intention was simply to give you the best experience possible. And let’s be honest: Vodka just doesn’t qualify as that.

Not only do my Russian friends prefer this version, but so do those who are hooked on Dubai chocolate. With pistachio paste being so expensive, every spoonful needs to count. If you’ve got some left over, give this a try. It’s also incredibly delicious alcohol-free.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
30ml - 1oz BOURBON WHISKEY
30ml - 1oz COFFEE LIQUEUR
30ml - 1oz SINGLE CREAM
1 bar spoon PISTACHIO PASTE

Pour first two ingredients into ice filled rocks glass and carefully float lightly whipped pistachio cream. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and use a torch to ignite it for roasted aromas.

This drink is best enjoyed with bold sips, allowing the ingredients to come together in your mouth and release their full flavors.
