WHISKEY WIDOW
The classic *Heiße Witwe* in German „Hot Widow“ is a popular winter drink, often enjoyed as a shot at Christmas markets and après-ski parties in ski lodges.

This twist, however, invites you to linger. It’s significantly bolder thanks to bourbon whiskey, which pairs perfectly with plum and speculoos.

Speculoos is a cinnamon-spiced Christmas cookie originally from Belgium. Or Netherlands? If anyone wants the recipe for speculoos cream, send me a DM with the word „SPECULOOS“.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
45ml - 1½oz BOURBON WHISKEY
30ml - 1oz PLUM LIQUEUR
30ml - 1oz LIGHTLY WHIPPED SPECULOOS CREAM

Layer all the ingredients in order into an ice-filled rocks glass. Stir once before drinking, or enjoy with bold sips to let the flavors mix in your mouth.
