NEXT LEVEL FRENCH 75
Bubbles are always a favorite during festive days, especially when they’re so easy to make and appeal to nearly every guest’s taste.

This twist on the classic French 75 is both a visual and aromatic highlight. All made with natural ingredients.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:
45ml - 1½oz PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN
15ml - ½oz LEMON OLEO SACCHARUM*
15ml - ½oz LEMON JUICE
5 HIBISCUS BLOSSOMS
75ml - 2½oz BRUT CHAMPAGNE
1 dash GRAPEFRUIT BITTERS
Add hibiscus blossoms in a mixing glass and pour grapefruit gin over them. Stir until the hibiscus fully infuses the gin, turning it a deep red color.

Add all ingredients except the champagne and shake with ice.
Pour the champagne into a chilled champagne flute. Fine strain your mix from the shaker into the glass. This order eliminates the need for stirring, helping to preserve the bubbles in the drink.

Finally, add a spritz of grapefruit bitters to aromatize your drink.
