Backward Driver Speeds Through Red Light

Info from Licensor: "I was driving to work and saw this car with no license plate going reverse at full speed in the middle of the road. The car also blew past a red light. This took place in Oakland, CA, on Foothill Blvd near High St. When I first saw the car, I thought it might have been modified to look like it was going reverse, but when it got close enough, I was able to see the driver craning his neck backward which proved he really is just going in reverse."
