Head So Small (1969) – The Forgotten Psychedelic Masterpiece

In 1969, five visionary dropouts set out to create something revolutionary—a film that would push the boundaries of art, music, and human perception. They spent a day filled with amusing revelations, then spent the next three weeks apart, each independently crafting what they believed to be their part of the project.

When they finally reunited to edit their masterpiece, none of them fully understood what the others had made... but they all agreed it was perfect.

📼 THE FINAL RESULT? A bizarre fusion of stop-motion, flipbook animation, live-action, and surreal effects that somehow coexists in the same film, even if it was never meant to.

🤯 IS IT BRILLIANT? IS IT NONSENSE?
Most who watch only make it past the first 8 seconds, yet insist it's "a masterpiece ahead of its time."

📽️ Decades later, Howdy Dooby dusts off the old reel for a private screening with his longtime friends—a cat with excellent taste and a very, very small-headed pigeon.

💬 "A mind-melting meditation on self-image and perception."
💬 "Like if five strangers each tried to remake 2001: A Space Odyssey without talking to each other."
💬 "Wait… did that giraffe just skydive???"

Will you watch to the end? 🌀 Or will you be like the rest—staring into the void for 8 seconds before questioning reality itself?
