The pope is ill, will we be seeing a new one soon

So as reports of the popes health surface, will we be seeing a new pope named in the near future, we believe so. With that will we see some changes in the Catholic church or the same views from the Vatican that we have been seeing under this pope.
And still big push back over cutting waste and fraudulent spending in the U.S. government, and should the taxpayers be given some of that money back.
